Most importantly she learned the importance of breath, alignment, and that yoga is practice not perfection. Lisa is married to her southern gentleman of a husband of 22 years and their proudest accomplishments are their two honest, driven sons.

Angela feels that yoga not only benefits the body, but also the mind and spirit. She wants to share this love of yoga with others, and hopes she can help them deepen their practice while treating themselves with kindness and compassion...on and off the mat. Growing up as a military brat, Lakysha was blessed to travel the world and see the diversity in life. In 2010, she first learned about yoga while going to school to become a Massage therapist in Gainesville, FL. She completed her 200 hour training in St. Augustine and believes yoga teaches that in order to take care of others, you have to take care of yourself. Lakysha's goal for her students is to teach awareness of the mind, body, and soul and the importance of having both clarity and balance.

Kiley Efron
Teacher
Kiley’s first experience with Yoga began 22 years ago, as an Ashtanga Yoga student at Yoga Works in Mill Valley, California. At first, she was attracted to the challenging and athletic nature of Ashtanga, but it was the impact the practice had on her ability to manage stress and anxieties that resonated most with her. Owing to the desire to help others experience the benefits of Yoga in their day-to-day lives, she became a CYT 500 Hour Level Yoga Teacher, under the instruction of Shri Hamiliton-Hubbard and The Shala San Marco Yoga Studio. Kiley’s goal as a Yoga teacher is to help students of all levels bring balance, healing and physical health into their lives, effectively creating a yoga practice that supports their personal and professional lives. Kiley is also the Co-Owner and Wine Director of Taverna and Oceana Restaurants in San Marco.

About the same time she completed her seminary education, she also finished her 200 hour yoga teacher training with Discovery Yoga in St. Augustine.
